Identification and controlling emotional stress and cessation of food which was suspected as the cause, were the important aspect as an addition to the given pharmacological therapy led to significant improvement of oral pemphigus vulgaris. Conclusion: Oral pemphigus vulgaris as a chronic autoimmune disease can be cured if the risk factors can be controlled and close monitoring of pharmacological therapy can be carried out by a team.
